Please note that we will not be updating this page again until the end of August. Have a great summer!
We want to share our Planning Meeting Minutes with you. This will give you the opportunity to see and hear an overview of our plans for the week, as well as ask us any questions you have about these plans. If you have any ideas to share based on our plans, please leave us a comment and let us know. We’d love to hear your thoughts. These meeting minutes are often long, but if you just want to listen to a section of them, you can click on the ideas you want to hear and even just read our notes for the rest. We hope you find these minutes useful in supporting your child at home.
Aviva and Gina
Please note that the most recent minutes will appear here first.
Meeting Minutes will now be added to the website again. Thanks for understanding our brief hiatus.

Sorry! Unbeknownst to me (Aviva), I must have pressed the “pause” button on the Livescribe Pen about 12 minutes into the recording. I didn’t notice for about 40 minutes, so one page has no audio recording. You can still read all of our notes though.

I (Aviva) forgot the Livescribe Pen at school, but thanks to Chris Bugaj on Twitter, we downloaded SoundNote, which allows us to do the same thing we did with the Livescribe Pen. The sharing is not as ideal though. Below is a PDF of our written notes. In the margin beside each line of text, you’ll see a time. This time corresponds to the time in the audio file (also shared below). You’ll notice that the times jump around, just like our discussion does. If you just want to listen to part of our discussion, you can fast forward the audio to line up with the correct text. Hope you find this useful! Next week, we’ll be back to the Livescribe Pen option.

Dear Ms Aviva,
This idea is awesome, you always come up with a brilliant ideas as usual . Those minutes gave us a picture to look at it regarding what our children are learning every day throughout the week and enable us to think how we can help our kids with their learning journey and their academic achievements .
Thank you so much, Raya! I’m so glad that you found the notes useful. We really thought that these minutes would be a great way for parents to have an insight into what we’re doing in the classroom, and even add their own thoughts as well (through comments, etc.).
